Priority One Heating & Air Conditioning always takes care of their customers and went so above and beyond for us recently that it's hard to thank them enough. On Eugene's hottest record setting day of the year our AC went out. It was a Sunday and I called and left a message with the answering service but said we could wait for a call on Monday..it got so hot in our house that by 5:30 we decided to escape by going out to dinner. On the way there we saw Mark in a Priority One Van and he had just pulled to the side of the road. We pulled along side him to say hello and let him know we had a call in for the next day. Guess what he said? "give me 15 minutes and I'll meet you at your house". He went out of his way on a Sunday evening and fixed our unit. Talk about being a hero in 113 degree weather! And he checked back in with us on Tuesday to ensure our unit was running properly. Best customer Service in Town - I highly recommend Priority One for all your HVAC needs. Thank you so much Mark!

I wanted to take time out of my day and share my experience with Priority One Heating & Air. We recently had our A/C go out at our house just in time for some abnormally hot weather. I have a home warranty on my home which I then proceeded to call. They sent a tech out from a company I had never heard of then proceeded to tell me I needed to replace several major pieces which would personally cost me well over two thousand dollars. This did not seem right to me so I called Priority One for a second opinion. I called on a Monday and they were able to send someone out that same day. After just a few minutes their tech named Johnny Guerra informed me he figured out the problem and would be able to fix it right then and there. He had the part on hand and $315 dollars later it was done. They saved me from who knows how many days without A/C and also saved me around $2,000 dollars. Thank you Johnny you were awesome and very professional! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch work on their heating/cooling system. Thank You

I was surprised that my unit failed me during this 100°+ weather. I had the usual preheat maintenance and inspection but the problem occurred later. When I needed my pump fixed I was surprised that they didn’t tell me it could be under warranty. I told the receptionist that I unit is under three years old and she didn’t ask me questions to see if it was under warranty. Instead I paid out of pocket. The issue is still not fixed. My upstairs is 98° right now and it’s hot. Not happy right now.
