Priority One went above and beyond for me. An ice storm knocked out my heating system and they came and concocted a temporary solution to give me immediate heat. A few days later, when the roads were clear, they came and fixed the problems permanently. Both men were efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and very kind and polite. I highly recommend them!
They came again and replaced my entire duct system. The crawlspace was very tight, yet they were very kind about it. They completed the job in less time then expected, tested everything, and made sure I was comfortable and well informed before they left. They were respectful of my property and polite and informative with me. I would highly recommend this company again and again.

Eric got the system running in minutes and found an issue with the A/C system that definitely would have caused a problem in the summer and fixed that as well. He also gave me some good suggestions for keeping the system clean and functional.

Mike from Priority One walked into my house and knew exactly what was wrong with my ductless unit just from the sound. He explained everything clearly and concisely and gave me a quote for the repair. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting but Mike explained that with the maintenance program the cost would be discounted. The new cost was much better and I can tell that Mike is very competent so we are moving forward with the fix.

Great service fast and efficient very personable. Took the time ask or answer questions. 5 star rate. I felt the labor is really high. Seemed like alot for Circuit board.🙂

Very nice technician.

Chris reviewed all the relevant information including the report of the previous diagnostics effort. He came up with a probable cause of the malfunction and then tested it to ensure that he had identified the problem. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in detailing the source of the problem and the fix needed. Chris is as good a tech to represent a company as I can imagine.

The maintenance person, was a few minutes early and got started straight away.
When he was done he explained everything he checked and showed me how it was all documented with pictures.
Adam was courteous and professional.
