The friendly serviceman did everything properly: he called ahead, was on time, wore a mask and bootees over his shoes.He checked the system, did not install a new filter - he said the current one was perfectly good, so saved us a few dollars. All good, as before.

The guys replaced a combustion motor and did a full cleaning and tune up of the HVAC system. They were professional, quick, and very friendly. Couldn’t have gone any smoother. They also worked around my sleeping girlfriend who works a night shift.

Two installers came to our home to clean ducts and vents and install an air purification system. They were very professional, friendly, and wasted no time. They left no mess and were helpful, answering questions to assist in future maintenance of our system and how to get the most out of it. I also thought the price was very fair and highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend these guys, very professional and top notch install. I had my whole system replaced and they came out and took my old system so I didn't have to worry about getting rid of it. They were very clean and respectful. I had 3 other quotes and nobody else offered to take my old unit away. These guys did it and were efficient and clean. No messy wires or anything. I would give them 100 percent rating...

The two young men that came to do the duct cleaning were polite and very professional. They did a great job and were very thorough. They showed me before and after pictures of the work they did, and it made such a great difference in the air quality of my home. I highly recommend them!

Our heat pump was acting up after a power outage. It was Saturday and our usual heating and AC company was not open. Priority One has regular hours on Saturday and were there when I called at 7:30AM. They got my info and a rough idea of the problem and said they would have the technician contact me within an hour. I was contacted as promised and the technician was there about 30 minutes later. Justin was very professional, did a thorough evaluation, found a circuit board that had been fried and then sat down with us and explained the problems and our options, etc. We were impressed with the clear explanation and the extra time he took to make sure we understood the fix and various possible preventative actions that were available. Parts were ordered and he set our unit up so we still had heat while awaiting the parts. He gave us a clear idea of the timing to complete the repairs. We were extremely pleased with our experience with Priority One.One year later—-The unit has worked flawlessly since Priority One was out last year for the repair. Today we had yearly maintenance. I was texted about the appointment yesterday and then this morning the technician called about 15 min prior to arrival. He was right on time. Very professional, yet genial. Careful to wear shoe covers when inside the house and left everything clean. Got right to work, did his thorough inspection and tune up and was on his way. Still 5 stars!Another year later——Unit continues to work well. Had yearly maintenance. Since there is a pandemic going on the technician was careful to socially distance and wear a mask. He checked everything and said we were good to go for another year. Once again, excellent service, prompt arrival, and good communication.

Had a furnace break down one day During the Winter and they came out with in 36 hours to Replace it even though they were not the Ones who installed it originally. Have used priority one since then And will use no other service. They are great to work with.

I have had them out twice to pair the fuse in my system that keeps blowing and each time they tell me that its wires that are touching I'm not sure why these wires keep touching but I asked if it was fixed right this time and he said yes so hopefully it works.

I just recently moved into this home and the previous owner used Priority One. My system needed routine servicing, so I decided to use them as well.Scheduling the appointment was easy. Their technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They explained things to me and did what needed to be done. They were quick, clean and efficient. (Masks and booties were worn when in the house.) There were no surprises and I was pleased with job they did.

After using another company for years, Jim came in and identified issues contributing to the subpar performance of our furnace— things I thought I was paying the last people to do and clearly they hadn’t! I’m grateful for his thorough evaluation.Priority one is the company my contractor prefers for new construction and It’s clear they are great with old systems too!It looks like I already gave a review, however Danny came this year and helped me to understand the subpar performance of the ducting! Although we must’ve been helped with our furnace before no one had pointed out that there was a lack of insulation causing an amazing loss of heat. Danny not only pointed out these issues but showed us vent issues as well. He was very informative and generous with his time.

It was Friday at noon, heading into a blisteringly hot weekend, and our ACfailed. I cried help, expecting that help would come sometime next week given the heat and likely avalanche of calls to Priority One.Three hours later I get a call from Priority One's Adam, on site, having identified the problem, proposing a solution, seeking authorization to fix. I said YES and asked him to call me to confirm that the problem was solved. He called me 20 minutes later confirming solved problem!!!! Thank YOU!

My heat pump started making a strange noise and the service tech arrived within a few hours after I called. I think you have awesome people working for you. Heather answered the phone and after telling her my furnace was not working she set up an appt for this evening, gave me a time frame and the name of the service person who would call me prior to arrival. Justin called to say he was on his way and checked the furnace, found the problem and fixed it. My house is warm again. He also answered questions about a cooling system and will have the office call to set up an appt to go over options for me. Thank you Justin for getting the furnace up and running. I sure appreciate your help.You are an awesome company! You have great employees working for you, Chad and partner called earlier than our scheduled appt time to check if they could come earlier, of course it was.
