I decided to go with Priority One based on a referral from a friend. He told me how good the service was.Everything that I was told and or promised has happened. We had Priority One repair, service, clean and lastly move our outside compressor/condensing coil unit to a more optimal location than it had originally been installed. Priority One had installed our furnace originally when we had bought the house, have used them ever since for service. Amazing to see someone in the Trades show up when they say they will, call if any changes, and stick to, or be upfront about what they are doing/charging for. Never had a bad experience with someone on the phone, or in the field.
