I would like to add to my review. The emergency service at Priority One couldn’t be better! I’ve had the system for several years now and absolutely love it. On Sunday evening, we noticed that one of the units was leaking water. Mike from Priority One came out within 20 minutes! We couldn’t have asked for better service! Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He checked both units to make sure everything was okay. He displayed a great sense of humor while battling his way through cobwebs in the garage. Mike took care of our emergency quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Mike!
